PEGASUS PARK OVERVIEW

VISIBILITY: Pegasus Park enclave offers good visibility from the future M12 Malibongwe Drive, with access off Rivergate Drive and Enterprise Way.
SECURITY: A permeable, electrified security fence with off-site-monitored CCTV cameras has been installed to the perimeter of the enclave. A security response company will provide additional security support.
INFRASTRUCTURAL SERVICES: Phases 1,2 & 4 of the enclave has been serviced, with the Roads and Section 137 clearances having been issued by the Local Authority.
PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION: The enclave is incorporated within the Rivergate Business Park Property Owners Association (RBPPOA). A management company has been appointed to control, manage and administer this development area.
ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN GUIDELINE: While a particular architectural theme is not prescribed, architectural coherence is required. The guideline aims to achieve a central design image in terms of consistent use of standardised materials, colours and landscaping, whilst also encouraging design flexibility. All plans are to be submitted to the Review Committee prior to submission to the CoCT.
