In a recent property publication, Table View was again rated as being amongst the busiest housing markets in the country. Beaten only by the developments in the Midrand and Bryanston. Table View is right up there with busiest.

Housing markets and the numbers therein are of course not only based on the sale of existing homes (freehold or sectional title) but include the release of vacant land to the market. This release in turn results in new homes and sectional title developments. Milnerton Estates, township developers of Sandown, are amongst the top contributors to the growth of the Table View market and it's ranking as being No. 3 in the country.

Aska Property Group, marketing for Milnerton Estates, released Phase 1D-5 at the beginning of May. The phase comprises of 26 residential stands and a further 12 nestled in a "woonerf" pocket straddling Karree Street. In just two weeks 35 of the 38 plots have been sold. Plots range from 223m2 to 453m2 and are priced between R855,000 and R1,165,000 Inclusive of VAT.
